In addition to the online personal wellness resources available through the Healthyroads wellness program website to support best-practice wellness program strategies, telephonic health coaching provides direct personal outreach and engagement to promote healthy choices and steps individuals can take to reduce their risks and improve their health.
Disease Management Program (powered by Nurtur)
As a third-party preferred vendor forKeenanWell, Nurtur has been the leading innovator in providing disease and condition management programs for 16 years, offering best-in-class program components through telephonic Disease Management coaching and mail-based interventions to address the “big five” primary diseases/conditions, including diabetes, coronary artery disease (CAD), congestive heart failure (CHF), asthma, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Nurtur also offers optional programs for depression and back pain.
Incentives Administration and Biometric Screening
Through its own services or through preferred vendors, Keenan can provide its clients with a comprehensive, broad-based incentives program that rewards employees for participating in various wellness activities (e.g., personal health assessment, health screenings, wellness coaching) or meeting recommended biometrics (e.g., blood pressure, BMI, blood lipids, etc.).
