Brad Keenan, Senior Vice President, is Keenan’s Property & Casualty Practice Leader. Recognized throughout the industry as a leader, Brad has partnered with clients to provide innovative solutions for complex insurance programs. Brad’s expertise includes policy administration for K12 public schools and community college districts, property & casualty programs, workers’ compensation, joint powers authorities, re-insurance, pooling, and cyber liability. As Keenan’s Property & Casualty Practice Leader, Brad leads a team to deliver effective strategies and solutions to address and mitigate continued costs for clients, including risk management, vendor management, data analytics, compliance, and insurance administration offerings.

Brad has played a pivotal role in developing the cyber liability program for more than 500 school districts and supports clients in all facets of their comprehensive risk management programs. Brad actively participates with domestic and international re-insurance markets during the underwriting and renewal process and represents Keenan at key industry associations, including PARMA, CAJPA, CASBO, ACBO, CISOA, and CSBA.

Brad holds a Property and Casualty Broker-Agent certification and has been sought after for numerous speaking engagements on topics such as risk financing and risk management options for school districts, cyber liability and cyber security, and the re-insurance market for schools and community colleges. Brad is a dynamic, engaging, and entertaining speaker, making significant contributions to the field.
