Molly McBride

Molly McBride, Vice President, Human Capital, joined Keenan in 2004 as a Human Resource Coordinator. Since then, her experience at Keenan has included serving as a Human Resources Supervisor, Manager, and Director of Human Capital. In 2021, Molly was promoted to Vice President of Human Capital, overseeing all vital human resources functions provided by the Human Capital department.

An experienced human capital professional, Molly possesses demonstrated performance and expertise with coaching, employee relations, employee benefits, workers' compensation claims, leaves of absence management, and other critical human resources functions. In her tenure at Keenan, Molly has led initiatives to improve management processes, talent recruitment, and the overall enhancement of employee relations throughout the company.

Molly has a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
