Tracy is the driving force behind Keenan’s successful claims management team that ensures adjusters have a solid foundation in effectively managing claims at any level of complexity. Tracy is at the forefront of our internal and reinsurance audits with triumphant results. While also ensuring compliance with state electronic reporting requirements (EDI) and notifications to relevant agencies including the Department of Self-Insurance Plans, Tracy stays ahead of the curb in technology advancements and cost effective applications and solutions for the claims team. Tracy is recognized in managing and improving claims management programs to quickly and effectively apply cost effective measures and strategies to claims that are predisposed to adverse development helping clients reduce the negative impact to their bottom line.
